Account Setup: We'll setup your account after you make payment and if necessary we can ask for identity proof to protect fraud. For domain registration - its mandatory to send scan copy of either PAN card / Passport / Voter card where your photo, name and address are clearly visible. Please read our privacy policy if you have any doubt about this. You need to provide us an email address which can accept emails from us it means not an outdated email id or an email id which is about to be over quota. You should also check spam box of your email. Due to your junk mail settings domain or hosting welcome mail can reach there. For better communication you should whitelist support@webhostingindia.co.in and billing@webhostingindia.co.in to be able to receive our emails properly. Its your responsibility to ensure that you get our emails. Web Hosting India won't be responsible for lapsed domain registration or over due penalty for outdated contact information. If you even need to change your contact information you need to contact us via support ticket or via email Phone verification is not allowed. Providing false information may result in termination of your account.
Copyright Issue: Web Hosting India allows all Indian residents to have hosting account. Its not possible for us to monitor all websites. If you find a site hosted at Web Hosting India has copied content of your site you need to reach us and provide actual ownership of the content or design. If we find that other site has copied 20% of your site then we'll suspend that site and ask the owner to change content. Web Hosting India is no way responsible for any duplicate site or duplicate content or any other copyrighted material.
Using our service to infringe any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited and we don't allow such websites / hosting accounts to do so. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Web Hosting India from any claims resulting from the use of any of our services. Hosting copyrighted books, music, movies or any other is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be involved with such activity will be suspended and if required terminated immediately.
Hosting not be used as storage device: Web Hosting India doesn't allow hosting accounts to be used as storage device. We ask our customers to use our hosting service transparently and any unusual activity can lead your hosting account get suspended. Using our hosting service as file sharing service like rapidshare is strictly prohibited. Web space and bandwidth are allotted for your online site visibility. However you can occasionally upload and download large files for your own purpose but sharing files as link is not permitted.

We have currently limited our service to residents to Indian origin only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we find the site content / material will be inappropriate for our other customers hosted in our servers. Making payment for the service doesn't guarantee that we'll accept order. In case we deny providing service we'll ask our payment gateway to refund your payment (if they have already realized it).
Failure to respond to email from our abuse department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services. All abuse issues must be dealt with via support ticket/email and will have a response within 48 hours.
Payment Acceptance: We accept online payment in Indian rupees only and our payment processor is ccavenue.com. Approval and rejection of any payment solely depends on them only.
Server Load: If you use PHP or ASP then its your responsibility to use optimized version of your script. Scripts which are not properly written can take more time to load and delay in showing result. We have very fast servers having 8 or more cpus with lots of memory space. If we find any script infinitely asking cpu and memory resource we might need to kill processes to balance server load. We allow 10% cpu usage for continuos 90 seconds in shared server. we can suspend any account if we find that your account is drawing more than this allotted limit. If you expect your server to get 1000+ visitors per day with lots of backend script processing then it's advisable to take VPS server. You might need to contact us for VPS hosting price.
Password for your account: We strongly recommend to use strong alphanumeric password which is not less than 10 characters. Weak password can open option for hackers to hack your account. At the time of account setup we setup password randomly and you are requested to keep same password for safety of your account.
No Spam Policy: We have zero tolerance spam policy. If any spam activity is reported for your account we'll suspend your account and might not allow you to take backup of your files from the server. Unsolicited mail sending is strictly prohibited however you can send news letter or mail to your subscribed list but still there is a limit of 500 mails per day. Violation of this term can result in straight termination of your account. Its advised to check http://www.spamhaus.org/rokso/index.lasso for spammers list and make sure you are not on the list. The list is updated several times a day.
Backup policy: Web Hosting India runs backup of all accounts on every Sunday. This service is not a integral part of our service through but we give it as complimentary service. Backups are stored for 7 days only. Web Hosting India is no way responsible for any data loss from your account. You are solely responsible for all your data and maintaining backups of your account periodically.
Cancellation and refunds: Customers can cancel their service at any time either by opening a support ticket or by sending an email to support@webhostingindia.co.in. If a service cancellation request for shared hosting is being placed within 30 days of taking service, then we'll refund 100% of your money unconditionally. Please note that for domain registration there is no money back option at all, as domains get registered in world wide domain database after domain registration request is placed. So if you have ordered your domain and web hosting and if you decide to cancel the service then you'll get refund of the money paid for shared hosting.
Exception of 30 days money back guarantee: If we find that within first 30 days you have violated hosting terms and conditions then we might not allow refund.
Price Change: Price can change from the date of your first order. Domain and hosting prices may changes based on different price hike inflation issues. Web Hosting India can change any price with out any notice.
Indemnification: Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Web Hosting India harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Web Hosting India, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.
